By registering with Medical-Journals.com, hereinafter referred to as ‘we’ and/or ‘us’ where necessary, you will be accepting the terms and conditions set out below.

6. When corresponding with us or contributing to a future online forum that we might develop, you agree not to not use any obscene or inflammatory language, transmit or exhibit sexually explicit materials, incite violence or other unlawful activities including but not limited to expressions of hatred/insults based on one’s race, colour, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or age.

7. We will not sell your registration details to a third party. Nor would we share your registration details with a third party without your express consent subject to condition 8 below.

8. You agree that we may access, preserve, and disclose your registration details and any other information you provide to: (i) comply with relevant legal process (ii) enforce terms and conditions of use (iii) respond to your requests in relation to our service, (iv) assess and improve our own services to you, or (v) protect the rights of Medical-Journals.com, anyone connected with it, or other users of this website and the public.

9. We exclude all and any liability for any loss, damages or expenses incurred or suffered by you (including consequential loss which shall include but not be limited to loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings and other economic loss) as a direct or indirect result of an act or omission on the part of Medical-Journals.com or anyone connected with us.

10. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions of use at any time, and any such change will come into force once revised in the text of these terms and conditions of use.

11. We shall be entitled at anytime at our absolute discretion to suspend, cancel, or withdraw your access to us Medical-Journals.com without notice and/or incurring any liability, particularly in the event of a breach of the terms and conditions set out here. We shall enter into any correspondence regarding any suspension or cancellation only at our absolute discretion.

12. The construction, effect, and enforcement of this agreement will be governed exclusively under the jurisdiction of English law.
